DAY REHABILITATION PROGRAM

The Day Rehabilitation Program provides intensive outpatient services up to five days a week, seven hours a day.  Length of stay is individualized with a gradual transition to less intensive clinic services.  With discrete programs for Men and Women, the Day Rehabilitation Program is designed to meet the treatment needs of individuals with long-term treatment and/or substance abuse histories.  While abstinence is the primary goal of Day Rehabilitation services, so too is the goal of providing life skills to enable appropriate and rewarding community living.  Our treatment consists of intensive multi-disciplinary alcoholism/substance abuse services as well as lectures and workshops.  The program is also designed to emphasize pre-vocational and vocational services which are provided directly and through affiliate agreements with Sullivan County BOCES, VESID, and Center for Workforce Development.

The Day Rehabilitation Program focuses on each client's individualized treatment needs.  Each client is assigned to a Primary Counselor for individual counseling; together, the client and counselor develop a treatment plan which is directed at resolving the client's presenting problems and leading to alcohol/drug free living.
