These services are provided by a team of highly responsible and dedicated professional. Key personnel include: Dr. Kuljit Singh, staff psychiatrist; Edward Devaney, LCSW-R, Clinical Director; Ellen Foster, LCSW-R, CASAC-G, Chief Clinical Officer; Patricia Monteverde, R.N.; and a committed mental health liaison.

RISE: RAPE INTERVENTION SERVICES & EDUCATION
RISE Director, Cindy Zingher, LCSW, is available for counseling sessions on-site, and offers a number of trainings on sexual assault; vicarious traumatization; self-esteem and empowerment; and trauma recovery, throughout the year. The R.I.S.E. offices are based at Catskill Regional Medical Center, in Harris, New York.
