| The Recovery Center and the Sullivan County Cares Coalition are sponsoring the 18th Annual Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling & Drug Abuse Poster Contest for the children of Sullivan County. Annually, the Recovery Center and Sullivan County Cares Coalition sponsor this event because w believe it sends the "no use" message to our youth and offers them positive alternatives, through their own artwork, of just how they should say "No" to drugs/alcohol/gambling/tobacco abuses. The 2012 Poster Contest Theme is: Build a Better Community: Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling & Drug Free! or

As a Co-Sponsor, your name or business will be included on the two Grand Prize winning posters.Hundreds of these posters will be professionally reproduced and distributed throughout Sullivan County.
